The Hazmat Vehicle Maintenance and Administration Building project consists of designing and constructing a Pre-engineered metal building system consisting of two separate areas. The facility, in its entirety, be contained of a 30 m x 25 m Double story administrative office space, and a 30 m x 54 m hazardous materials (HAZMAT) vehicle maintenance area. Both the maintenance and the administrative areas requires power, communication (data & telephone) and utilities. Administrative space requires heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Maintenance area requires heating and ventilation only, no cooling. This facility will be entirely independent of the public grid, and comprises water holding tank(s) for fire protection and commercial use, a septic holding tank, and prime generators.

Parking apron, PEB sunshades for the generators, GRP water tank pad and pump room, Wash rack and pump room, and all electro-mechanical works are also part of the site upgrades.
